[Malaysia & Singapore] Nasi Lemak (Rice Only)

400ml Emma UHT Coconut Cream 24%
100ml Water
2-4pcs Pandan leaves
1-2pcs Lemongrass
Salt
Preparation Methods
Step 1
Wash the rice first.
Step 2
Add Emma UHT Coconut Cream 24% fat and mix with a pinch of salt (according to liking), water and stir it evenly.
Step 3
Add the pandan leaves and lemongrass.
Step 4
Cook with regular rice cooker.
