[Malaysia & Singapore] Curry Laksa Soup
Ingredient
Serving: 4 – 6 person
50g Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%
200g Curry Laksa Paste
1kg Chicken
1L Water
150ml Warm water
Preparation Methods
Step 1
Boil curry laksa paste in 1L of water.
Step 2
Add the chicken and boil.
Step 3
Cook until the chicken done, dissolve EMMA Coconut Cream Powder 63% in 150ml of warm water and add to the curry laksa soup.
Step 4
Boil one minutes, serve with blanched mee, bean sprout or vegetable as you like

Use Uncle James curry laksa paste, but other brand is also acceptable.
