[Malaysia & Singapore] Pandan Kaya
Ingredient
For Pandan Juice:
2 pcs Pandan leaves
40ml
For Pandan Kaya:
100g Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%
50ml water
50g Coconut sugar
3 pcs Eggs
Preparation Methods
Step 1
Cut the pandan leaves into small pieces.
Step 2
Blend the pandan leaves together with 40ml water. Sieve the blended pandan to get the pandan juice.
Step 3
Mix well 50ml water Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%. Next, add the coconut mixture, pandan juice, coconut sugar and eggs. Use double boiling method for 1 hours (or until texture thicken) and stir occasionally.
