[Malaysia & Singapore] Pandan Kaya
Ingredient
2 pcs Pandan leaves
100g Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%
50g Coconut sugar
3 pcs Eggs
Preparation Methods
Step 1
Cut the pandan leaves into small pieces.
Step 2
Blend the pandan leaves, Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%, coconut cugar and eggs together.
Step 3
Use double boiling method for 1 hours and stir occasionally. Or use a multifunction cooker and cook for about 4 minutes.
