[Malaysia & Singapore] Pumpkin Kaya
Ingredient
250g Pumpkin
100ml Emma UHT Coconut Cream 24%
60g Coconut sugar
8g Virgin coconut oil (VCO)
Preparation Methods
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small chunks, steam 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the pumpkin, Emma UHT Coconut Cream, 24% fat, coconut sugar and Virgin Coconut Oil together.
Step 3
Use double boiling method for 1 hours and stir occasionally. Or use a multifunction cooker and cook for about 4 minutes.
