How to Cook with Our Emma Paste Series?
1) Emma Curry Chicken Paste:
- Sauté: Heat the paste in a pan and add chicken together with potatoes which had been cut into cubes size. Sauté with medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Simmer: Add Emma UHT Coconut Milk, 200ML for a creamy twist. Simmer with lid covered for 20-25mins or till chicken and potatoes are cooked.
- Serve & Savor: Ladle the fragrant curry over your favourite accompaniment—rice, bread, or prata.
2) Emma Rendang Paste:
- Sauté: In a pot, combine 1kg of the meat of your choice (chicken or beef) and Emma Rendang Paste. Sauté with medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Simmer: Add 2 packets of Emma UHT Coconut Milk, 200ML Cook low heat until the meat is tender and infused with the aromatic spices. Add 1 packet of kerisik (toasted coconut paste) for an extra layer of flavor. Let it cook for a while longer, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve & Savor: Serve the fragrant rendang alongside steamed rice or rice cake (ketupat)
