1 tbsp ghee<\/p>\n
1 onion<\/p>\n
4 cloves garlic (divided)<\/p>\n
1 tsp curry powder<\/p>\n
1 tsp turmeric<\/p>\n
\u00bc tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n
1 tbsp honey<\/p>\n
500 ml water<\/p>\n
200 g basmati rice<\/p>\n
200 ml yogurt<\/p>\n
\u00bc lemon (juice)<\/p>\n
15 g parsley[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”3\/4″]
Cut meat into bite-sized chunks. Heat ghee in a large frying pan, then fry meat until brown. Chop onion and part of the garlic, and add to the pan.<\/p>\n
Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n Add spices and combine. Add honey, stir, and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n Add water to the pan and simmer for approx. 10 min. Add rice and simmer again for approx. 20 min. Add more water if required.<\/p>\n
