PT Eramas Coconut Industries has a state-of-the-art facility. We have machines such as Pasteurization Machine, UHT 8 & 6 tonne Machine, 1 Ltr Filling Machine, 370 ML Filling Machine, 200 ML Filling Machine, 20 Ltr Aseptic Filling Machine, and Desiccated Coconut Dryer Machine.

Our Facilities includes RO Water Treatment System, Warehouse, Cold Rooms & Air Blast Freezer, and Waste Water Treatment Plant.

How is Emma Coconut Milk made?

Process 1

Mature coconuts that reach the factory will undergo a quality check. Only the good coconuts are selected.

Process 2

The coconuts are then de-husked, de-shell and paired. Leaving only coconut kernels (white coconut meat).

Process 3

The coconut kernels are washed, cut and grinded to extract the coconut milk.

Process 4

The coconut milk is then pasteurized and goes through Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) treatment for a few seconds to kill all germs and bacteria in the content.

Process 5

Coconut milk is packed into tetra packs. Samples of coconut milk are taken in batches for quality inspection.
