1\/4 cup ghee<\/p>\n
1 cup coconut flour<\/p>\n
3\/4 cup semolina or cream of wheat – optional<\/p>\n
3\/4 cup sugar<\/p>\n
1 tsp cardamom powder<\/p>\n
2 tsp minced ginger<\/p>\n
2 cups Emma UHT Coconut Milk 1L, 18% Fat<\/p>\n
Raisins<\/p>\n
Sliced almonds<\/p>\n
Cherries \u2013 optional<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n Melt the ghee on a pan.<\/p>\n Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n Add coconut flour. Semolina and cream of wheat are optional.<\/p>\n Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n Stir it well to cook it until it feels light.<\/p>\n Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n Add sugar, cardamom powder, minced ginger, raisins and sliced almonds. (cherries are optional). Mix them well.<\/p>\n Step 5<\/strong><\/p>\n Add the warm Emma UHT Coconut Milk 1L, 18% Fat and mix it well.<\/p>\n
