50g Emma Coconut Cream Powder 63%<\/p>\n

200g Curry Laksa Paste<\/p>\n

1kg Chicken<\/p>\n

1L Water<\/p>\n

150ml Warm water<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Boil curry laksa paste in 1L of water.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add the chicken and boil.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cook until the chicken done, dissolve EMMA Coconut Cream Powder 63% in 150ml of warm water and add to the curry laksa soup.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Boil one minutes, serve with blanched mee, bean sprout or vegetable as you like<\/p>\n

Use Uncle James curry laksa paste, but other brand is also acceptable.<\/p>\n
